Hurricane Milton tore some holes in my lanai screen. I had wanted the original installer company to fix it but they were totally unresponsive to my communication. A neighbor had heard good things about GGR.....I emailed them and arranged it all via text and emails. I was actually out of the country when they did the work.

Lanai screen is perfect!! I never met anyone in person but I felt well cared for as a customer. I hope not to need repairs in the future but living in hurricane-land as we do, who knows. I would call them first next time!

Called them about replacing two screens and putting screws back in another screen. Our cage was only a year old, put in by another company that still had not responded for an appt. to come out. I saw the truck with Gulf Gate Rescreening in our area and
saw phone number on their truck, called them and within 4 or 5 days they arrived to do the repairs. Very happy with the terrific job. You would never know any repairs had been done.

Called numerous rescreen companies after Milton. Most did not reply. Gulf Gate was very friendly on the phone. Said it would be 6 weeks (it was only 1 panel). They called back due to a cancellation and could come the next week. They looked at it, gave us a very fair price and repaired it that day. Screen is perfect, people were nice and professional, time frame was better than anyone else. I will use them again when needed and recommend Gulf Gate highly!
